I had a Virgo Sun Libra Moon and Leeb everything else really who was IN LOVE with me... tbh I think he was intimidated by me. He'd obsess over it not working between us and that's the only thing that kept our relationship from evolving. We could've been great together! His OCD wouldn't let us be great ?.

Been meaning to respond, just been busy. Leo to Virgo season is wacky when you're rocking those placements in your sun and moon.

So from the start my only piece of advice would be to tap into that fire energy and be direct. Aquas, like all fixed signs, need to see steady conviction from ther partner, even if they seem aloof. Aquas have no problem giving you space and seeming detached, but deep down they can be very old fashioned when looking for love, especially the males. As a Virgo you should be able to relate to this as well.

Both of you are logical signs, so that will be a plus. Just be aware that he will need mental stimulation and a healthy debate at times due to his Aqua and Libra placements. His Libra moon will keep things pleasant and you may find he isn't the best at confronting conflict. Fortunately your Libra Mercury will know how to communicate with him as your mind and thoughts will be prone to keeping things balanced and peaceful as well.

I anticipate you will be the one actively pushing things forward with your fire placements. His aloofness will intrigue you and cause you to want to give chase. Fortunately your Sag placements will know how to play it cool as you attempt to not overpursue. With his Pisces in Venus he is looking for someone who is romantic and open with their feelings, but still a bit ephemeral. This is because he likes going with the flow in love.

His Scorpio Mars however will be firm though, pursuing you quietly. You'll know he's interested because he'll be available/around, even when he doesn't appear to be pursuing you. He will need your honesty and conviction to be comfortable opening up. Fortunately his pusuit will either be "ON" or "OFF" since Scorpio energy (like all fixed energy) sees things in black and white.

The main thing to avoid is anything passive aggressive. As a Virgo Sun you may be looking for "the perfect" person/scenario. Don't let yourself succumb to "testing" him. Overanalysis will not work well here. His Aqua and Scorpio placements (again being fixed) will not respond well to this. If there's an issue or concern, state it outright.

Aquas respond best to logic and facts. Likewise his Scorpio Mars will KNOW there's an issue before it arises, so don't try hiding it from him as this will make him suspicious of you. Additionally this will disrupt the peaceful nature of his Libra Moon. Be aware that his Libra Moon may create small disturbances here and there to stir the pot, but not maliciously.
