Confused a bit

So if a person's Ascendant is in Taurus and the ruler of Tarus is Venus....does that make Venus the ruler of said person natal chart—

Ok so what is the sun sign say it's Cancer ruler of—

Third point...if The Moon at 13.0 percent..
Pluto at 12.5 percent..
Venus at 11.something, I forgot percent all the 3 dominant planets in a person's chart does that make them a Moon dominant based on the percentage given person OR does that make them a Venusian based on the ruler of the natal chart?

Also what type of position does Pluto plays in all this based on the percentage given?
Does it mean that the person is a mixture of Lunar and Plutonian energy being that that the percentage is so close...or just Venus OR possibly a mixture of all 3 planets?

Cause I still feel pretty much confused. What the hell makes a Venusian person Venusian anyways other then them being a Taurus or a Libra?? Does Venus ruled moon signs and Ascendants count because I truly don't get it..
So many questions, so few nerds here to answer them lol.

A Sun in Cancer would have Moon as it's despositer. So you look at your moon sign and the house it's in to see how it influences your Cancer Sun.

As for those percentages, you got those from pullen? Whichever planet has the highest percentage would be considered the dominant planet, hence your personality would match the description of a (X) planet dominant person. Like say Moon was your dominant, you'd look up the traits of moon dominant type person and see if it fits.

Okay, you're a Cancer Sun with a Taurus Rising and Moon sign. Your Moon is in your 1st house then, right?

If that's the case, Venus is your ruling planet. So you would look at where your Venus falls in by sign and in your houses to determine the condition of it and how it affects influences your rising.

Your Moon is placed in the 1st house, that would be like having a Cancer Rising, emotionally changeable and difficult to hide emotions, having your heart on your sleeve, etc.

Now you are a Cancer Sun, your Cancer traits are being made more dominate by these placements. So now you asked about your Sun and it's depositor. Sun is ruled by Leo, so look to which house your sun is in as well as the house that has Leo. ANY Planets in Leo would have your Cancer Sun as it's final depositor, thus your Cancer Sun will influence the expression of those planets/that house.

In theory, I suppose it would. Say Venus, Pluto and Moon were your top 3 planets. People would get a strong venus, pluto or lunar vibe from you if not a mixture of the 3.

However, we express all the signs and planets, your houses indicate where each planet expresses itself the most and the sign indicate how they express their energy.

So while pluto might be you 2nd strongest planet =/= You being Scorpio-lite or Hades sexual, dragging all who you seduce into the depths of their own lust filled fears and desires.

The sun is a lonesome in my 3rd house of Cancer.

Venus and Mecury by the way is in my fourth house of Leo but I'm not too focused on mercury right now just my top 3 planets.

Pluto is in my 7th house of relationships in Scorpio.

The reason why you hear me asking so much about the moon and pluto being my dominant beccause I'm too damn intense to blame all of that behaviour on the moon ESPECIALLY in love relationships that's why I seek out water men who can tolerate all of that emotional extreme behaviour lol.

Cancer sun in 3rd house. (IS Cancer ruling the house or Gemini?) You'd look to Mercury, seeing what house and sign it's in to see it's effects.

Pluto in 7th, so your Venus once again comes into play. Relationships are supposed to be Intense and transformative, no stale boring ones where you learn you can't stand gum chewers and change the color of your socks. Deeper change.
