I'm really disgusted with how they are promoting it this year.....

there was such a drop in numbers the last few years of people getting it so they have this promotion now if you get a shot......they will give a free vaccine to a country who can't afford it.

I wouldn't even have to pay for it so who the hell is getting paid when I get one and who is paying for this 'free' vaccine? omg...it pisses me off! lies!

wtf is that? just give the free vaccine. that is just not right!

a few years ago....the story was there was a shortage of flu shots....so they had people scrambling in herds to get the 'few' they did have.

all a bunch of bullshit.

my two sons have also never had them and rarely get sick.

Good point... and it IS bullshit.

My doc told me to stay away from them... they only "work" on that particular

strain found in the vaccine-- if you catch another strain, you're still going

to get sick (if the vaccine doesn't get you first).


It scares me, all the new ones they're coming out with... and peddling, like

we are under GREAT THREAT, when we aren't.

Feels like they're going to screw something up any minute

I got one when I was a teen because our doc convinced us to. I had like a mini flu for 3-4 days after so I havent got one since. I tend to hardly get the flu tho *knocks on wood*

Taurus Sun Gemini Moon. No I don't get flu shots. The only time I caught a bad case of the flu is when I got one for free at work.
