My dogs are cancers and they are very protective. If I'm outside, one sits on each side of me. Then, again, they are also German Shephards and that's their breed to be that way.
My pit bulls. Leo ( female ) Capricorn ( male ). There are similarities. My bitch is always 'looky me, I'm pretty, I'm awesome!' and lies down with her paws crossed..so chic that one. She sleeps with her head lying on my neck/side of face. A real marshmallow. My boy is very hard headed and bitches an awful lot when he feels he isn't getting his fair dues.
