I read somewhere that there may be difficulty in bearing children with this placement or perhaps you'd marry later in life but I don't believe it coz I married when I was barely 20 and I have 2 young sons and currently expecting a third child. But then again I have lots of Libra placements and never did like being single much.
I did know about the kid thing (I can't physically have them, and honestly, have never wanted them), but I am curious about the dating/marrying aspect. It really does feel at times like the Universe is like "ah, ah, ah, you have some sort of karmic date to pay-off, so you have to wait forever." I'm alright with that; I was just curious.

Congrats on your future baby 🙂 🙂

LOL, hell no

People only look at the bad side of Saturn its the most misunderstood planet.

Saturn is about being real, taking seriously, no pain no gain, you need to work for what you want and Saturn will give it to you as a reward but never as a gift.

The house where Saturn falls in your natal chart is the area of your life where you don't mind to put some real effort, where you take a serious responsible approach, you will need to work for your luck.

Saturn in the 5th house will tell that you are serious about entertainment, having fun is something serious to you, you care about having a good time, children or your well-being.

The 5th house won't tell if you will stay single or not, you could have this fear if you had Saturn in the 7th house, the house of marriage, partnership and your relationship with others.

The romance said to be ruled by the 5th house is the fun one that one night stand, that kiss without commitment and etc.

Love is a Venus thing.

You need to have in mind that there is a huge difference between a well and a bad aspected Saturn.

If bad aspected, Saturn can be restrictive and make that house a nightmare to you.

Good for you, children are soooo over rated. They're only cute for the first 2 years.

I definitely agree that poor Saturn gets overlooked or misread. He's the Dad of the zodiac, right? Everyone sees him as gruff and bleh, but I rather like him for all the reasons you've mentioned. He's made me grown up in many ways, and I am thankful 🙂

I don't have an afflicted aspect or anything like that; I do think it's more of a "work for it" vibe when it comes to getting out there and meeting people, at least for me. I was just more curious about other people's experiences. Though, as a sidenote, for 5th house fleeting-fun, I do abhor one-night stands, and I tend to get overly anxious about dating because it seems so... transient? Trivial? I've always done better when I'm friends with the person first. Though, with Saturn in Sag in the 5th, I have a terribly hard time relaxing. In fact, it's kind of hard to remember what "fun" feels like, hahaha.
