Posted by SaturnladyDoes it also block your path? I keep reading that Saturn is about restriction and limitation. I've never felt so many obstacles in getting a score. In the past I've passed these exams with flying colors, barely putting in any effort. And now that I'm actually trying, I'm not getting what the score I need.
Saturn return does not take you to your path... it makes you work for it.
Posted by bricklemarkSo I had my chart done before by one astrologer and the PDF she sent me shows the below. But I have no idea what this means besides that Saturn was in Sagittarius when I was born? But now that I'm typing this here, I don't see the 9th house anywhere? Another astrologer told me my Saturn return is in the 9th house. Was the second astrologer mistaken?
Is it 5 degrees away from the 9th house..? If it's 8th, you'll have general difficulty, it's a bad house, hard to describe, you'll learn loss, face horror, you'll see the other side...
Donlt worry about it, Saturn return is like a year-long hurricane, you wait it out in the basement, gather as many snacks and cool tv shows as you can...it's gonna be rough no matter what so might as well have a good time as much as possible. Wait it out. Things get much easier after...

Posted by yuprincessIt could be the hardest time but not the worst. Try to see the otherside. You said you barely put any effort. Now this is what changes. You are just restricted to do what other people do.Posted by SaturnladyDoes it also block your path? I keep reading that Saturn is about restriction and limitation. Really trying to understand what lesson I'm supposed to learn here. But needless to say, I now understand why people say Saturn return is the worst time in their lives...click to expand

I'm in the thick of my saturn return - I turned 29 a few months ago. My saturn return is in Sagittarius (one astrologer says it's on the 8th house, another on the 9th). I'm trying to get my masters but it feels like its never going to happen. I had this sudden urge earlier in the year to finally go for it, after years of staving it off. But I can't get over the hurdle of the score on the exam that I need to get into grad school. I've always been a good test taker - usually barely putting in the effort and always end up with above average results. But here I am - giving it my all only to run into roadblocks.
I know the saturn return is supposed to bring changes that will lead you to your path. I'm listening to the voice inside me, telling me to make a change. But why is this so difficult? Also, does it make a difference whether my saturn return is in the 8th or 9th? One astrologer said its in the 9th, which would make sense that I'm wanting to pursue my masters. But another astrologer said it was in the 8th house.
I just feel so decimated. I don't see the light in the end of the tunnel. If I'm supposed to make a change in my life, if I'm supposed to follow this grad school path, why does it seem impossible to get there?
Any insights on how Saturn return works?
