I dated a Pisces guy for a brief time. He was very quick to say I love you. But that was my only Pisces man experience. I've never dated a Cancer so I can't comment. I've been with an Aqua and a Libra and both were very slow to say I love you. I've been in long term relationships with two Scorpios, dated one for a year and have worked with a few. My two Cancer exes were big on the push-pull method. They'd be all over me one minute, then go silent the next. And it kept recycling. Too unstable for me. Plus it was like pulling teeth getting them to tell me how they felt about me.

I suppose you're right with Scorps, come to think of it; I think if they feel it, they say it. Clearly the Scorpios I dated just didn't feel it and were using me due to convenience and during an insecure time for me.
The Scorpio I'm interacting with now is very upfront with how good and at ease I make him feel; he communicates and it's clear he likes me. So I can understand what you mean with their communication now.

I don't think that's common for Taurus people though because the other Taureans I know are more cautious and don't wear their heart on their sleeves. Also they don't strike me as obsessive clingers. I think that maybe he was not working with a full deck.
