lol, how could i forget, i wrote Jeff Bezos once, (in response to myself and others noticing a certain ratings glitch). i remember how responsive and helpful he was and wrote back within the day, no third party. So that was kind of nice, knowing how busy he must be! ..very professional and friendly.
