Well, one can be a man without being an MMA fighter. Not knocking the sport, as it is cool, but there are serious psychological and physical problems for those guys in the coming years.
I know a guy who did MMA fighting. He got kicked so hard that his jaw got broken and his mouth had to be wired shut for the broken bones to heal. He was hurt for a few months, too.
Not really wise to do that stuff, IMHO.

Fresco, be patient, very very patient. Also be sensitive and caring. Do not push at anything. Depending on her love experiences she will probably have a strict boundary which you must recognise and never try to breach and in the long run things will begin to smooth out, but as i said, patients is something you must have. Dont shower her with gifts or flowers as this will make her begin to question your motives.
I could be completely off, but maybe her ex was an MMA fighter and she wants somebody who is exactly the same in some sense. It could be that she is comparing a past love with all the future potential partners. Who knows.

Lol I also do MMA...that's why I didn't know if she was trying to give me a sign or not! we are the same zodiac, but her shell makes her hard to read.
Also the reason she says that she can only be in a relationship with someone who also does MMA is because..they understand how much work goes into doing..she spends a lot of her time in the gym..and most guys don't understand..
She's gorgeous, but her work ethic is what really attracted me! we're both striving for the same dream.. why not do it together.

This sounds like a test. But I think this is her round about way of telling you she like athletic guys.
Keep pursuing, she may be throwing out obstacles to see if you trip over one and give up.
Aggressive athletic males are my weakness.
Shy and passive are friend zoned.
Are you involved in some sport? You don't need to train in MMA, she will jump on board in whatever you do if you have a passion for it.
