So I've dated this guy a few times know each other almost 3yrs now

Told me he had feelings for me then changed his mind a yr later saying he dosnt feel the same ...... so last year I just leave him to it it's done it's over

I became very poorly ended up in hospital , after no contact for weeks boom he emails me rings me concerned about me

Christmas new year he emails me

He's told me he's met someone else , someone who's with another guy ?? Made me feel like a piece of shit tbh like ye I'm seeing someone who's attached wtf !! Like I wasn't good enough to love but this cheating hoe has grabbed his heart ?
