LostInMyMind11,.. I stopped drinking soda. I havent had a regular or diet soda since December,26,2011! I oined a gym. I do aerobics,yoga,strength training and eat 6 small meals a day of the 4 food groups instead of 3 regular meals. If i bake i use applesauce instead of eggs,and Fat free mayo instead of oil. I eat half a plate of veggies at dinner,and a 6oz piece of chicken or fish,i also replaced lean hamburger with turkey,since turkey is a fat-burning food. Steal cut oatmeal,half a grapefruit and yogurt with a glass of fat free milk every morning,and a work out 2 hours later,and i eat alot of fat free greek yogurt. To lose weight your body needs half your body weight in protein and 1/3 your body weight in water.. and greek yogurt has a ton more protein than regular, just look at the labels. Some women make a mistake of eating a little,and doing just cardio.. which will only make you lose your boobs and make your skin sag. Your body NEEDS lots of GOOD nutritional FOOD. Carrots and vitamins dont cut the mustard. Unless you wanna look flat as a board on both sides i guess its okay, but i am stuck on what i am doing, i am losing my belly,arms and inner thighs while sculpting everything else. Hour glass shape is what i am aiming for and i am getting those results. 🙂

BANANA BREAD

2 cups whole wheat flour
1/4 cup white all purpouse flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 cup white sugar "OR Splenda"
2 eggs
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
4 ripe bananas, mashed
1 tablespoon french vanilla extract
1 cup raisins (optional)
1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Garnish
1 Egg white
cinnamon and sugar "or splenda" mixed



Directions
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg and white sugar. Stir in eggs, applesauce, bananas and vanilla extract. Fold in raisins and nuts if desired. Pour batter into prepared pan.
3. Bake in preheated oven for 45 to 60 minutes, until a knife inserted into center of the loaf comes out clean.
4. Brush egg white on top sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mix,ready to serve when cooled.
