My ex is a crab and we were together for four years. She married a psychopath Capricorn on the rebound some eight months after we broke up. Two years after our breakup and I still occasionally have nightmares about her.

Ya. She went berserk and defied her whole family to marry that POS. Totally nuts. Her mom was really upset at her over this because he was so mean to her!!!

As regards me, my first boyfriend was a Crab...we met at the age of 17, we dated for 5 years, he got very clingy and possessive to the point that I wasnt able to split with hiim even though I was no longer in love...it took him a long time to let me go, and to do so, I even had to study abroad to get away from him since there was no other way for him to leave me alone!

Recently he found me in facebook, he is married with two kids now but still PMed me and said I had left a mark on fire in his heart...I guess they do cling.

Im at present dating a Crab..he is not that clingy and i prefer it that way!

How long did you need to recover from that 5 year relationship?

Oh dont worry, that breakup was when I was 21 (15 years ago)...
to be honest, I didn't need time to get over it, I was over him when we broke up. I'm a Fish, not a Crab remember. I elaborated the breakup in my mind long before it actually happened. I stopped having feelings for him some months before the end of it. I didn't suffer or miss him to be honest. I guess Fish (or at least me) don't cling to past relationships. We go forward, swim to the future with no looking back.
He was way too clingy and possessive and obsessive. My first real love anyhow.
I wanted some fresh air as i was so young and the world was unfolding to me.

I have no idea which sign he married, I never admitted him to my FB really and he just has a couple of photos of his kids. He doesn't mention anybody in his status..guess Crabs can be private.

I hope he is happy though...

Well, if you ask me, If I had taken the time to greet somebody and they wouldnt have replied, I wouldnt initiate anything, now it is his turn. If you phoned him and also failed to get an answer I guess let him be. I wouldn't pursue a person who is indifferent..guess it is hard when this happens, so sorry to hear this, but you are a Fire girl and Im sure you will soon move on....
Crabs are slow and very challenging for a fire sign..and fire gets put out by water...don't lose that fire!!!
