Calling all Cancerian's in the house......how can you win a Cancer guys heart? How can you win a Cancer girls heart?

Okay,I was kidding never had that happen.But I can say that my(aqua)brother won over his(cancer)girlfriend by a being positive,happy go lucky joker and protective.Her mother treated her and her(another cancer)brother like sh-t,our parents(stepdad anyways)treated us like sh-t,so he took some of the things done to them personally and defended them(correctly that mommy couldn't call cops and turn it around:he let her know he knew some of the things were illegal).Her brother I never actually got to know he ended up commiting suicide when his gf broke it off,so can't say anything regarding men(which I know is what your actually interested in).She attempted it too because when my brother broke up w/ her,she felt like everything was taken from her.But shouldn't base that on your cancer,that type of situation is rare to most people.

Well I'm a cancer female and to win my heart you have to be a genuine person and treat me with respect, tell me how much you like me, give small thoughtful gifts (not necessary but we like it), be romantic,and thats about it. I'm not sure what the other two posts were referring to, but I don't know that what they suggest would work for me! Like I said though - that is just me🙂 Hope this helps.

Actually jl fonia.Look around this board,I don't remeber which topic it is but look for looneybirds post.She has a break down on the three types of cancers.According to decantes by the week b-day based stuff,those two were supposed to be the average cancers but obviously they turned into the negative cancers,so take what you do know about this guy compare it to that then maybe someone could get a better idea of what your dealing with.There are very outgoing,easy going cancers out there.

I won over my Cancer boy with a LOT of patience and sensitivity. I also had to make him chase me a little bit.... they tend to idealize women so I tried to play up my mysterious side to keep him intrigued. This was kind of hard because I was head over heels for him from the start and just wanted to smother him with love... but I had to play it cool at first and the love-smothering came later 😛 Also, they like an element of innocence... they want a princess. I know it sounds cliche but that's what they seem to like... they want the fairy tale.

Now getting a Cancer boy and keeping one are two different things. I think with Cancer men you fit neatly into one of two catagories: the girl you f# $ % around with and the girl you'd want to marry... kind of piggish really... but I think that's how they view it (I suppose most men do, but it seems more extreme with them). If you don't mind being in the first catagory then it doesn't take much to win them over... I mean, no offense to the men out there but guys will be guys. However, to be in love with a Cancer boy takes a lot of understanding... but you'll get it back 3-fold. They want to simultaneously take care of you and be taken care of so there will be a lot of give and take and role reversals.

I agree cancerlady. There must just be something about water signs. The trick is to not get sick of us.
I would also like to say that persistnace and romance probably works best. Although if a cancer person lieks you then they're probably just making sure you're really gunna be trustworthy. They've probably already made their mind up.

Test isn't really test.The only test to it is to wait and see if they are actually being themselves.There has been a couple flings that this scorp has had but go figure 2 were pisces and the other was a taurus so there wasn't any games and lines used by them to get laid.

The whole food thing doesn't work with me.I'd appreciate the idea but I have some weird eating issues. Everything has to be just perfect and I'm sooo picky about stuff and theres so much I don't like.
Food = stress for me. But I'm sure other cancerians are much more normal.

The only thing that was missing was the gun but I got taken hostage today to celebrate someones b-day so I guess I do know more than one cancer guy very well.So im going to say taurus girl and daemon are the most dead on at least w/ this guy.He had a f-ck girl who because she lacked self esteem and was rather flaky thats all she was.Now he has a real girlfriend who's very intelligent,good student,kinda outwardly prudesh but she also has a bit of a freaky vibe like maybe she brings out toys or something in the bedroom.All I can say is if he's anything like this guy the rewards are well worth it,im just one of his managers and have gotten the protective pamper females treatment from him.But there are alot of bad cancer horror stories flung everywhere about the self victemising cancers that would kinda scare me off.This guy isn't really shy it's more of an aloftness and when he's concentrating that he's quiet.

Trust me, he wants to be pampered... and as a fellow taurus I know YOU know how to do some serious pampering. You probably pamper him without even realizing it. Do you make sure he's comfortable when watching a movie on the couch? Do you make sure just the right music is playing or that the lighting is perfect? Do you hold his hand and stroke his hair? I think some tauruses don't realize that what we do naturally (make our surroundings and people comfortable) is NOT something everyone does or cares to do. It is also not something everyone appreciates.... but Cancers DO appreciate it and will love you for it. He probably notices the little things you do even if you don't think you're doing anything out of the ordinary.
