that's because of your moon in stoic virgo, and venus in independent leo.

I'm not sure what you're looking for when you say "what mine defines", but as for your soul mate, that can't really be determined reading your chart alone - but there are indicators in two people's charts that often indicate soulmates.... for example, pluto trine, sextile, or conjuct venus is an indication of soulmates......
