oh man where do i start. I went to the gym and i cant for the life of me seem to stick to a work out routine, i mean i do it at most for a few days straight but then after a bit i stop working out.

it's like it's just boring. but then i tried eating healthier cause maybe that's the way to a better life and body but after a few days of that, i NEED to eat like a steak or a burger or something.

the cancer male is me. HELP!

You will be hungrier because you are raising your metabolism, burning more calories and building muscle. Don't be afraid to eat more, just make sure that it's healthy. I'm only 5'2 110 lbs, and I eat breakfast, a hardboiled egg for a snack, lunch, a banana for a snack, a snack when I get home, dinner, and most of the time something else before bed, and I am a lean muscle machine. I lift heavy and rarely do cardio. You have to fuel your body for muscle gain and weight (fat) loss, do NOT think that eating less is the way to go to reach your goals, because it's not. Also, don't deprive yourself of one or two cheat meals a week, otherwise, you will go nuts and end up binging and fucking up your "diet".

Like somebody mentioned, find an accountability partner, it may help you stick to working out. Or find some other physical activity that you enjoy, you don't HAVE to lift to lose weight. But in the end, it's all about your mindset, nobody can do the work for you, or give you motivation, it has to come from within.
