Why I love to be/to know Cancers

The more I get to know Cancers... my bf and gf are both cancers... the more I realize how misunderstood they are. Or at least have been by me in the past.
But IME Cancers (men and women) are very dynamic. It's hard to describe but I guess the best way of putting it is they have a way of always surprising you. In a good way! You think they are one way but they are really very deep, multifaceted creatures. I mean that in the best way only because I've met a lot of signs that are "what you see is what you get"... there is nothing more deep or really interesting about them.
Of course in the case of Cancers there are exceptions to the rule you get bad, shallow Cancers as with any other sign. But I find, more often than not, you get Cancers that are well rounded. They have emotional depth, intelligence, personality (great sense of humor), and they have a good sense of spirituality. And the Cancers that I have met that aren't like this still try their best to get there.
They are probably the best out of all the water signs because they have a real willingness to be open to change when necessary.
You guys are pretty awesome... I think that comes with being a cardinal 😉

@Kim30 I love being a Cancer too. I accept all the flaws that come with it. Yeah i can be sensitive sometimes & emotional, but i'm extremely loyal & sincere. I like that i can always pick up on peoples feelings & moods & try to help. I think we Cancers go through a lot especially with emotions, but we always get the job done. We can't change who we are for no one. Either they can love us or Fuq off a screwdriver LOL 😄

You picked the right bf in a Cancer. You got someone who would give you the stars if possible. But you've always been helpful here, especially since it gets out of control. So it's good to have a Strong Aries to protect us Crabs & keep things in order 😉

I adore being a cancer. I love being the one who is nurturing to my friends and family. I also think being a cancer mother is a wonderful experience because I get to be playful and silly.
As for other cancer I love them too, they are loyal friends, honest, and let's all face it they love to gossip with me :-) in a non-bitch way.

Ahhh! Don't you love the mothering instinct that just comes naturally? Its such a blessing. While other moms have to try so hard to grab on to the natural grace and patience you have!
All the mothers that have that "thing" that makes us marvel, turned out to be cancers. In my experience anyway.

yeah I know drama can trigger anxiety for us even if its not involving us directly. That's why I was feeling guilty for the cancers and contemplated deleting that thread since certain people are turning it into a breeding ground for BS. Instead of letting me say what I needed to say.
But there again is the lesson about saving your words for those who matter.

I think its something to do with the moon. Honest, I never put to and to together until a Gemini pointed out to me. I have a response or a relation to the moon that I've only heard about with cancers. I love that. Its cool to know exactly what the moon will look like just by gaudging your mood. If you haven't tried before do so. Keep a journal of your mood then draw the moon or make note of its position. Whenever you feel that way again, reference back to your notes And check the moon again.

My mom actually warned my ex's mom when we were about to get married (his mom was gushing about how wonderful to have me in the family). She told her that her son had better not hurt me. Ex mil was surprised and did the fake bitch "oh, really?" routine. My mom said, "You don't want to hurt her or make her mad. Trust me. She's sweet but won't tolerate injustice." Flash forward 15 yrs later after dealing with his verbal and mental abuse. I divorced him and have absolutely no love for him left in me. He plays twisted games like he's always done and I sit quietly and wait. I just need him to slip up enough times and his ass will be toast, legally speaking.

Anytime! I think that is something I've read abou the Crab/Aries dynamic. That is where our similarities lie, we are fiercely protective of those we love... Aries using their stubborness and bravery to protect, while Cancers draw their shells into protect those they love... Lol, I've definitely seen it from my Cancer man and even before we were together! This Cap girl at work was always trying to bring me down and he'd be their making snarky comments at her...
