Food in the refrigerator and money?
Interesting answers...but neither cut it 🙂

Definition from the Merriam-Webster dictionary:

bleak - adjective \??bl??k\

1: not warm, friendly, cheerful, etc.
2: not hopeful or encouraging

@mfwb55 I like the way you think. Yeah, I guess that most definitely is life.

But let me rephrase the question maybe:
How can one motivate oneself when "getting up and doing those things" of which you speak becomes agonizing. How does one counteract day to day misery?

Is Prozac the only solution? LOL

We're very emotional beings. You're feeling life is bleak NOW and so NOW might not be the moment to MOTIVATE. Being a Cancer, ruled by the moon, you gotta learn how to ride your own emotional waves and not drag down those closest to you from the undertow.
