Boss Question

My female boss is a Taurus. Great boss. Really fair, nice, laid back, understanding, doesn't micro manage, young. Great gal!

Only problem is I feel like she kisses up to us and it bugs the tar out of me!! She winks at us. She'll give a complement with a wink, take your side and wink, solve/listen to your problem with a wink, etc. Like a comradery that I just don't feel.

For me it takes all the power out of the complement, agreement, whatever; deflates it somehow.

Am I the only one that would feel this way?

I view winks as a bit charming and imo, fixed signs in general tend to use a bit of charm at nearly all times.

Its how my mothers Leo boss was...always smiling and seeking admirers, its how the president is, its how my mother is, I saw George clooney do an interview with his father and felt it was awkward because he didn't know how to turn it off.

Cardinals tend to be much more serious in everything, especially in higher positions. I usually have a hard time trusting charm, but if she's good then a little wink here or there is not bad for it being the worst thing about her as a boss.
