Caps don't really work well under pressure.
I've noticed this too but also noticed that the things they stress about is very different from what Aries for example, will stress about 🙂

If a cappy boss is flipping out (i have about 30 ppl under me), it's usually because someone's not been carrying their weight over a period of time or complaining too much for no particular reason.

I thought that was just me lol. Thats the only time I go nuts, if someone else doesn't do their part and I get screwed up along with it. Man, thats happen to couple of times but ... I usually go nuts on that person ... if I can get a hold of them 😛 I went crazy on this one guy I work with because he did something really stupid and then I had to follow up on it lol.

Now when it comes to working well under pressure, oh yeah 😉 I just fill in the missing marks and hopeful no one would notice lol. If I show what I'm truly feelings when the chips are down, that would help anything. So I aubconscinously become nonchalent I guess ^_^.

YUP! I can focus very well when under pressure or if I'm "depressed", I can get a TON of work done.

It's weird how I can forget all that is happening around me and focus all that negative energy into work, work, and more work. I get all productive and before you know it, I feel better from all the accomplishment!

Yeah! Same here 😄 hahaha, I can't be on as much this week because I have so much stuff going on. My goodness, Thanksgiving break was not long enough -- 4 days felt lik 2 lol

There's like a hold on me registering for the winter semester and I have to fis it or else I may get shut out or whatever and I'll have to wait until the summer to take what I need.

hehehehe, I got up late this morning so I couldn't do any of my college stuff because I had to rush to work lol *head spinning*

OH! and I have to finish that stupid paper :O DAMN

I have two papers (well, one's a plan, close to like 70 pages, lol) and two presentations in the next 7 days, lmao. Hopefully I'll get through it all.

Actually, I have another essay to do but thats like a page long, the other is much longer and its due Thursday .... *sigh* Its the one you helped me with Sarasa 🙂

oh and I have a presentation in like 9 days but I haven't gotten any pictures for my PP yet ... I'm so unprepared lol

Are you kidding? Capricorns THRIVE on pressure! They love it. It's just that most people don't notice how super efficient & super calm they become under stress. They just don't run around like headless chickens. I know lots of Cap guys who became fighter pilots & special forces soldiers because they love the pressure 🙂 They're particularly efficient when it comes to doing things that benefit large communities (eg hurricane relief)

I think what someone wrote earlier is true: If a Cap ever flips out, it's because someone else on the team isn't pulling their weight. (Though, now that I think about it, that's not really strange because few people can pull the same weight that Caps pull)

Ohhh that Anthropology class, Cappy! How's that going? Man, us science students get so stuck up on details, details, and details...it's hard to switch minds to think differently. I'm taking marketing right now and it's so friggin different. My prof is like "make up numbers" and "guesstimate" b/c that's what marketing ppl do, and I'm 😕...b/c I'm thinking, "great, how do I make stuff up now, especially numbers, LOL"....sigh...I'm working towards an ROI plan and it's taking FOREVER b/c I have to make all these numbers up, LMAO.

Man oh man .... to be honest, I just want this class over all ready haha. Its not the class, its the new instructor we have.
