Its stupid cappywench because there is no financuial benefit in reaping the reward.
But apparently the whole world works this way. Our culture here in Asia is actually very cspricornian. Working overtime here is expected. If you leave the workplace earlier than everyone else or procrastinate, you lose your job and sleep in the streets. But lately i am trying to not give a damn about this.

In the end its always the value of your work that matters more than how hard you work.

There is no good substitute for hard work. Some work hard to survive and others do it to shine.

Is it like - I wont work hard since I am a creative genius ? Its a rare event, a black swan indeed which is accompanied by high rewards. But what when this creativity becomes a norm ? a process ? For me,creativity is a seed,the owner of which must really be proud. But it has to be methodically cultivated for it to bear any fruit.
