Wait a minute, a self-proclaimed sex addict? And that's attractive to you? How do you know that he was not on the dating site looking for a next "fix"? That's gross. Next time pay close attention to what a man says about himself. Thing is if sex is an addiction to him then it wont take long for him to tire of the high he gets from your brand of sex & look elsewhere. Sex Addicts are all about variety to mantain the "happy" feeling they get from sex. I cant believe you wanted to be with someone who's "all about sex", as if that's something to brag about. This is why fwb is difficult for cap men and women, more so for cap women though, because of the lack of control. If you were in a committed relationship, you would have more leverage to ask for what you want but fwb it's very much like take it or leave it and none of the parties are invested enough to compromise.

I stopped reading at "sex addict", now that you explained the rest I'd have to agree with you. It's crazy. Maybe they met at one of those websites where everyone has either a mental issue or an emotional one (there's one for people with bipolar elsewhere on the net), hence she didnt run when he mentioned his addiction & he felt free to talk to her about it. Not many would willingly date a sex addict unless they have a few demons of their own. Fair trade, so to speak.
