He's interested, which is why he still talks to you. But he's not that interested, which is why he's not putting any effort into it. Might be because you're moving.
Also, not meeting right away is normal. I started talking to a cap last mid April online and we didnt meet until June.

I called him fake threw up the peace sign emoji and said im done.
We were in a middle of texting and 2 hours went by while I was waiting on a response back from our conversation.
He tried to explain himself why it took him long blaming it on bad signal but it mighty fun how all of a sudden he have signal when I said he is fake and im.done.

He swore up and down it because I have high standards and he felt like he can't measure up right now because his credit is not that and he still lives at home. But I told him.that i.will.work.with him because I like a lot other stuff he has going on such as he is 1 year older than me, tall 6"3, fine, dredhead like me, woke, stable meaning he has been on his job for 13 years, own 2 cars, and no kids. He is working on his credit and so am i. He is i everything I want in a man, he just lack 1 thing his own place but he is working on it. He is goal oriented just like me and he is working on them.
He did say he have issues and problems.
Crazy thing he said no black women wont take a chance on him because of his situation..I told him in so many ways that in.interested and he doesn't bite. He is very confusing..and I can't deal with it no.more.
We have so much in common it is crazy and we think so much alike.

Personally I think there's too many options online for guys and most of them don't want to settle on just one girl.
