so you want to work for a relationship? You want someone that's not that into you?

Depends. If it's a Virgo it isn't really gonna be much work, pretty easy in fact and that's why I enjoy em. Everyone else is someone that I worked to getting to. Unless it's an Aries because you know they love to chase but I could settle on something I work for since it at least feels more honorable and feels like there's less strings attached and isn't something to hide.

A lil bit of everything with a lot of working at the relationship while in it.
First ltr with a taurus was a solid relationship that took work being in because of our age gap and eventually I moved away to school so it turned ldr.
Second on/off relationship with a scorpio that was too hot to handle. No issue with strong feelings except for the insecurities that came with them.
3rd was another taurus that was all difficult from the get-go. We argued before we started dating. Yr of the dragon opposite my yr of the dog. Funny now but Chinese astrology said all we would do is argue. He ended up hitting me and I have zero tolerance for violence.
4th is the ex scorpio. Started off great, but slowly it seemed to me he wasn't what he originally sold himself as. And he would probably say the same about me. It became tumultuous 6 months in. Though we loved each other a lot, we tried really hard to hold it together for our feelings for each other.
My man now... we're completely in tune and have our head and hearts in the right place. He's a solid person. The relationship is more smooth and happier than I thought possible. Any trials and tribulations are all external. We feel lucky that we have our relationship as a kind of sanctuary while handling everything else in life. I'm tellin ya... Same moon signs ftw!

Do you tend to find yourself in romantic relationships that take a lot of work or that are easy and comfy? Look back on the important relationships of your past. Where they cozy, relaxed, easy going relationships or were the important relationships ones you had to work at?
Like was it instant friendship/attraction/connection at first sight with easy going conversation?
Did you have to earn the attention and time of the other party? Did it take a while for you to get together (like turned down a couple times before you went out or had to build a friendship first)? Etc. Questions like that might help determine how much work or how little work it took.
I'm not talking about someone you only dated a few months. I'm talking about committed, long term relationships.
Just curious. I have a theory. Before I share the theory, I would like some input from you guys.
