Connection between Cap and Gemini?

Two of my Cap's closest friends are Gemini guys. Just wondering what is the connection between Cap and Gemini and why they get on so well? 🙂

Well, gemini men are fun. They bring laughter and spontaniety to a cap's life. They can help caps not to be so serious and can teach a cap how to relax and enjoy the lighter side of life. That's very attractive to a cap and can be a draw. It just doesn't mesh well when you're living together or building a future together - some things have to be taken seriously, ya know (like finances and responsibilities).

My Cap cousin is dating a Gemini man.They had a wonderful start but can't seem to agree on most things recently.In her own words, she finds him immature and he finds her way too serious.They have an on and off relationship going on right now. My cousin's bf does go out of his way to care for her.He expresses it with his actions.She acknowledges it but she says that sometimes it's like looking after a child. Anyways, I am an outsider so I can only tell whatever information she gives me.

I can relate. All those issues exacerbate when you're married to one.

i never got the bdays of my gf's parents (cap/gemini) long term and happy marriage.

however, i can look at Elvis Presley/Priscilla Presley's charts and why they couldn't resist eachother, and had a baby and married. He didnt want to marry anyone else, even though he could have had PLENTY of women.

Elvis and Priscilla had several very nice aspects for
compatibility. Their Moon's were in almost exact trine to
each other, which is one of the best relationship aspects
to have. It was further intensified by being in a grand
trine with Pricilla's Saturn. This added great stability and

she has a 6th house Sun, virgo flavour. And Elvis's Pisces moon is in 3rd house (gemini)
and he has a Sagittarius Asc, opposite attracts to her Gemini.

I don't know if there's a general connection, I just know that I generally seem to get along well with Geminis and have had many Gemini friends. Right now I'm only a very casual acquaintance of one Gemini who would've probably been a very close friend if our lives had turned out differently and we'd lived closer to each other and I get on effortlessly with my Gemini SIL.

I tend to get on best with Gemminis who keep busy, have lots of interests and stay cerebral yet curious and helpful in conversations. The ones I've been close to weren't gossipy, and were all very even tempered. Otherwise, I probably wouldn't have got to know them well enough to know their birthdays, that I don't remember today but I think most of them were born between 1-14th of June with a few closer to the Taurus Cusp.

Makes sense, my Cap gets along with Geminis who are hardworking, very fun and helpful (work, moving, etc.) 🙂

Hello! I guess I'm technically on the Gemini-Taurus cusp (May 24) with my moon in capricorn, with more strong earth placements in my chart, and I love caps! My best friend is one. I have so much respect for them and feel like I can truly understand them where few cannot. I guess that's my moon. At times when I behave like my sun, they are my total opposite and I love that about them.

Yes, the immaturity seems to be a major issue. My Cap had a falling out with one of his closest Gems over exactly this reason. The Gem has reached out twice but my Cap has shot him down. Last night we were chatting about that and seems like my Cap is having second thoughts because he doesn't want to throw away a 10 year friendship (you know how Caps don't like wasted effort). 🙂

+1 Married one too. He was an absolutely fantanstic person - I'll love him til I die - and we had so much fun together and worked together so well in all areas, except for when it came to not so fun things like paying bills, cleaning...yes, in the end I felt a little bit like his mother. And this is comming from a cap with a gem rising and moon...

I know a whole lot of cap/Gemini couples, though I know at least 3 where the cap is the male.
My husbands grandfather was a cap and his grandmother is a Gemini and they were together 68 years until he died.
I know another couple- 20 some years and counting and one more 15 years now.

I myself have a lot of gem friends and first husband was a gem- lasted 13 years (11 years of marriage). However Mercury is my dominant planet- I have Virgo rising and other aspects that I can't name off the top of my head.

Opposites attract, so they say.

I've always liked Gemini people. They are smart and witty, my ex gem was also a very elegant person, dressed well, very handsome, and charming. Very impressive. Caps like to be impressed, especially the women.

My ex also has Cap rising. He's a pretty serious person, or at least can come off as such.

But what drove us apart was his emotional manipulation, carelessness, and infidelity. I also think the routine is hard for them and as a cap I thrive on routine. Our relationship functioned for a long time because we spent a lot of time apart doing our own thing.

I get along great with gem girls, they somehow seem to be very attracted to caps or so it seems 🙂

I dont know, but the way my moms Gemini friend cares for his Cap mother makes me want a Gemini son lol. His mother is 92 with Alzheimer's. He has to watch her like a hawk and she's VERY mouthy(curses him and everyone else) but he'll rather do it alone then ever see her mistreated.

He was thinking about putting her in a nursing home, but with her last hospital stay...him seeing how people couldn't handle her made him rethink things. He'll just continue watching her. Sometimes it makes my mom sad to know how tired he is but he never complains and he enjoys his mom. He listens to all her stories, keeps all her letters, take her on car rides etc. If she's up at 4am, so is he. He does everything it would take 2-3 people to do for her.

Its cute he doesn't call her mother, but by her first name Verge.

My Cap friend is best friends with a Gemini. That's like his brother.
