Yes, sometimes we still have connections with exes - if we really cared for them and depending on the reason for the breakup. Other than those two reasons, when we're done, we're done.

I'm sorry, but I don't think he was ever really interested in you as a girlfriend. He may have feelings for you in a friendship/sister way, but I'm guessing not romantically.

It seems all the two of you did was chat, so i dont see how you were played since that can still continue.

I have really good male friend that is gay. He has this complaint all the time! He knows a lot of closet bisexuals. They want to be with him for real or just play with him (he's good to go for that, btw! lol!) BUT they want to keep it a secret. Keep him a secret. Of course, we are in a small town in Texas and there are a lot of homophobes here, but it just sucks for my friend. Finally, he found another guy as comfortable in his sexuality as he is and Katie, Bar the Door! They are all over town. And of course, my friend is a stereotypical gossip queen! And he's proud of it!! Loving the gossip!! More power to him!

i contacted the guy (a cappy) after five weeks tho lol...and i haven't heard from him since..its been about five days since i did!!

just like you lot..we also had a solid friendship/more in his eyes (which is why i don't get why hes gone silent on me)
some people says hes moved on and i say huh? moved on after three and a half years of not dating anyone else and only wanting to go out with me??

Well... just a small update. He never responded back. It wouldn't be the first time this has happened but I can't help but wonder if it's for good this time because of the ex. I kept my last message as cordial and supportive as possible in hopes of leaving things on a high note - at least as a friendship. Even wished him a Happy Thanksgiving.

Honestly, just feeling a bit blank at the moment. Hopefully will be able to move on soon enough.

AND I FEEL EXACLTY THE SAME.. kind of blank aswell

I feel bad for the girl. She'll get her heart broke and be the collateral damage eventually.
