We can't give you much advice until you tell us what is going on, however, there are a few things you can do regardless just to get your feet under you and calm down:

1) Take control of whatever you can bring order to right now. If everything is out of control and all you can do is clean your kitchen, or apartment, or house really well... do that. It will give you a sense of bringing order to things, and you'll be surprised how that can sometimes put you in a mindset for finding solutions to other, much more thorny problems.

2) Calm down and refrain from drama, waterworks, and wigging out. Flipping out never solved a problem.

3) Got any close friends or family members who might be able to give you some ideas, or a different perspective? Talk to them, ask them for advice, and don't argue with whatever they say even if you don't like it. Consider what they say. Sometimes a different perspective can do a lot for you.

4) Type something before you hit post next time, as the other fella mentioned above. 😉

5) Avoid any toxic ppl until you have your feet firmly planted under you again.

Overwhelming had to sleep sorry, my BF is constantly on the phone is totally ignoring me but when I try to have my own life he pulls me back WTF I don't get it! Is he playing games? And yeah lately I've been totally living up to that name, thanks for pointing it out!

When I'm stressed I sleep sorry I was very upset & there's a lot more to my story but I'm not sure now this is the right place to get advise but Thanks anyway!!!!

Who is he on the phone to? Or what is the subject matter?

If it's work - then you will have to get used to it.
If it's other than work - could be a problem. Or maybe he feels secure enough with you that he thinks its okay to be with you and talk to family or friends at the same time. Best of both worlds kinda thing.
If it's other women - PROBLEM!

On the other hand, if he's not allowing you to do the same, then it could be a control issue. Okay for him, not okay for you. I say what's good for the goose is good for the gander! Personally, I'd be on the phone with friends (no guys) just to prove a point. Passive aggressive, but thats me.

He hits me when I ask him questions

And no matter what, DON'T BELIEVE WHAT HE SAYS!!!

Has he separated you from your family and friends? Make you feel like he is the ONLY one who "cares" about you? Make you feel that there is no one to turn to? Make you feel unworthy, unlovable?

Don't believe it! They will wear you down mentally.

Do you hit him too? Your username is Sycogurl afterall. If this is something that the the 2 of you do to each other then to each his own I guess (as long as there aren't any children involved).

If he hits you and this is something you do not like, then what is the plan? Do you want to leave? Not everyone does.

You will probably get a lot of posts and comments from people telling you to leave or run since that is the obvious thing to do. I suspect you are going to do what you want to do.

I hope you somehow find the courage you need. I think you should leave him but it doesn't really matter what I think.

I will keep you in prayer. Take care of yourself.

I wonder what happended and is there hospitals involved.

cowpuncher, now i completely understand why you had such a strong opinion about cap women for relationship. i am glad you got out of that horror sound and well. some caps who love only themslves can be the most ruthless creatures because caps do have ths textbook tenency to go full force to get what they want so if a cap is lack of empathy and not kind-hearted, s/he can run over you just to get ahead.

anyway, don't ever ride when you are not 100% !

Yeah, I see now. Although CP doesn't really say too many bad things about his ex, he probably should. I knew of a Cap/Cap relationship that ended in the absolute worst disaster. I only know of her, but I wonder if there's any regret on her end?! It's a shame that the Cap females, in these cases, get so deep in payback, even if it ends disastrous, there's still lingering anger there. It's downright scary. Cowpuncher, I'm glad you are out of that one. I don't know you personally, but I can tell you deserve much better than what she put your through.

wow wow wow, what a coincidence. so I just logged on to my sisters facebook account(I always do since I don't have one) and as soon as I log on I see pics of a totaled and completely unrecognizable car. it appears the cap woman that i just talked about here was involved in a bad car wreck thursday night and her car went into the water. where I'm from, there's an strip that you can walk with water around it called the seawall. according to her daughter, who posted the pics, she was on her way there thursday night, to go and pray and she hit a car. the car is completely jacked up from the pics, it's amazing she's alive, but the whole situation is troublesome and a Scorpio is involved. he's the one that bought her the car like maybe a month ago, from what I hear. this is weird, but i've noticed that if a Cap isn't on the right path or there's some karma, weird things happen when that Cap and a scorpio meet. i might sound crazy, but it's just something i've noticed.
