The Leo inquired about something, I told him it had been done, he for some stupid reason needed clarification... my response, with the director cc'd this time...

"[Leo], I already said Yes. I even explained the means by which it was done. In other words, I gave you more information than you requested. So, I'm not quite sure what more I can add to clarify it for you. What additional information do you need? Thanks!"

What part of "Yes" does he not understand— Usually, people don't understand "No". I'm confused...

I think he likes you, yet can't stand you. You don't seem to stroke his ego, and I've had problems with Leo guys when it came to that. They can't stand how we don't pay as much attention to them, so he's probably giving you a hard time because of that.

I sure as hell don't stroke his ego LOL

Yesterday he's putting up some new stats for the call center and I asked about them... "it was confusing to the staff," my response, "I told you months ago that it was too busy and hard to follow!"

Ah well...

Just be careful Lildol because in the workplace they can really be on something "different," from what I've noticed. That admiration is there, I'm sure, but if you bruise his ego too much there's no telling how far he'll take it. If he does try something slick, make sure your behind is covered and you'll be able to get him just as quick as he tries to get you. I'm wondering how he took your response.


btw, They sure don't know what to do with our attitude. My Leo cousin(we're the same age) admires me but again, can't stand me, and if the opportunity to "whoop my behind" presented itself he'd take it. We use to physically fight when we were teens and I think he hated that I wasn't afraid of him and wouldn't back down. Every-time I see him now he says "Yeah, I remember when you you to beat me up back in the day(which is partially untrue as he punched me in my nose, almost breaking it, one day for hitting him with a sock), but I bet that wouldn't happen now" and he tries to laugh through his seriousness lol. I just do my usual unphased look towards him.

Thanks Inana! This is why I was sure to cc the Director. The Leo must not have noticed... his response (w/out cc'ing the director) was that he just wanted clarification and then stated that I was defensive, unprofessional and rude.

My response, making sure the director was cc'd once again:

"[Leo], You do confuse me. I was simply reiterating what I originally said and asked if there was additional information that you needed for clarification. I was being more than willing to provide such information if you needed it.

Furthermore, you clearly seem to misinterpret things or lack understanding at times. This has happened on multiple occasions. So, I must ask that you please have respect for me and read the actual words I write/hear the actual words I say rather than trying to read into them!"

Yeah, I know... must maintain peace! You know what though, I'm sick and tired of his bullshit! He ALWAYS thinks I'm being rude toward him. Oh, yeah, that's right, he's a Leo, if I'm not bowing down I must be disrespecting him in some way. :/

I don't hold hands and I don't stroke (manes) egos! (out my comfort zone I should go and fake it, I suppose...)

had the exact same problem with an immature leo guy I once knew. Still don't understand it.

Water signs if the conversation is emotional or personal. Then it gets reversed when talking to air signs. They get each other on technical levels or talking about theory and fact, philosophy and opinions. But when the conversation becomes personal or emotionally oriented the Caps tend to misunderstand the air signs and not feel there's enough emotion while the air signs are confused as to what's going on. Lol.

None of my cap friends relate with other earth signs that much though. Except the occasional Taur. And it seems that they always butt heads so dang much conversation never gets too far, lol. 😛

My Cap friends are always getting misunderstood because of their directness and often time cool manner of speaking about just about any issue even if it is important. They're often called rude, jerks, vicious and purposefully driven to hurt. I misunderstand them myself too every so often. They're so straight so most of the time we get along. Only when talking about intimate things and I get that cool leveled answer do I lose them lol. 😛
