Since this topic seems to occupy every thread, regardless of the original topic, I am hoping to use this thread to draw in all those queries so other views, questions and insights can actually get seen.

Please feel to address the following;

1) Have you ever disappeared,

2) If you have, what caused it,

3) Do you re-appear after disappearing,

4) What does it mean if you do re-appear

5) What do you consider disappearing

Don't worry about the various communication issues that are implied in all of this. I plan on giving that its own thread.

Fire away...

@capri-sun

#5 is there because often, when you read people's stories it is filled with lines like; "I pushed X away", "I went cold", "I moved on", "I said something mean"-- then followed by their Cappy's disappearance. Which is kind of odd considering that the OP in these instances is putting distance between themselves and their S/O. And this begs the question, "how is it disappearing when you admit to driving the other person away?" So, I figured maybe they need clarification on what actually could be considered "disappearing".

Hey guys!

I would normally disappear b/c it was something that you've shown me about yourself that does not line up to my future. Maybe it was negative energy.

I would reappear only if I think I had made a mistake. Or I really, really want to know how you've been.

Ive became "ghost" with about 10 people in my lifetime. Blocked them from my phone as well as FB if they were on there.
