What is with the Capricorn ladies shadyness?

As a Cancer I have always wondered why this sign basically likes to hide out from people. Its not the same way Virgo does or other earth signs do where I know I am going to be told where I messed up. With a Cap it seems they will leave you hanging forever if they have to. There is no amount of prying that can be done to get to the bottom of this
I always assumed it was not to hurt my feelings as maybe they werent interested but its like they always come around for one last favor or something to get one last thing out of you before they are totally done. Total in your face talking and communication then its like gone after they got what they wanted. My Pisces friend dated a Cap woman, they broke up and she came around again just out of the blue. Is this a test or some sort of ego hing
The shadiness comes from where its like they want a favor from me out of the blue, that involves me like doing serious work to solve it then its total silence for like years on end.
Is this a power play. I mean as a Cancer I have my own games but its not like I am truly pissed off by this tactic, just trying to understand if they just like people on the backburner or is it they want you to figure our they aren't interested in you.
Depends on the level of friendship afterwards. I don't use people though, if I need their services, I'm open to them asking me in the future. As far as the level of friendship I will provide..., that depends on the kind of friendship they also want to offer me. It goes both ways.
I shut people out when I need space to do my own thing, to think, space to do what only I want or need to do.

The title tells me that you are not asking if we are shady, but about our shadyness, as if it's a fact that we are, and I truly don't think shadyness is in the job description of a capricorn woman.

i get confused by the super dirty dirty sex then the shift into conservative mode.
Sometimes I feel like I failed a test or something and I never get told why lol
I just act the way I did the entire time but I am starting to figure out if a Capricorn wants a relationship with you and the sex becomes a focus early on it freak them out or they shut down verbally.
and I am whiny. I just get offended when I see double standards or people preaching to act one way then being the exact opposite in their personal life. Normally if someone is on point about me I will give them due their due credit and I expect the same or I get pissed.
Had a cap woman I was talking to again, maybe this dynamic can maybe explain what I am trying to get at....
- Texts me out of the blue and says I am low on money and the sex with us with fun and if I wanted to come over. I did and let a 100 bucks on the table for her and said if she needed money in the future she didn't have to do anything unless she truly wanted to.
-We talked about how our ex's were to us. She was very adament she hated this person and he ruined her life. Thought we could get common ground at least as friends going forward.
-She asks to borrow 200 dollars until she gets paid. Said she will repay me back and wants us to have a fun night together soon. Being a gentleman I didn't want to make her feel like a piece of meat and be like "hey I need some sort of compensation now".
-2 weeks go by no communication. I sent a text am very nice about let me know whats up when u get a chance
-another 2 weeks go by, gets offended that I asked will we get to see each other again and why she was ignoring me. Said her phone was stolen. Was on facebook everyday since I last saw her. Felt like I being lied too
-I finally know I won't get a straight answer and I am like just like don't worry about the 200 I hope everything gets worked out.
-text her 3 months later to check on her and she is pregnant by the guy who she claimed was satan himself, blah blah blah.

Its funny as Capricorn is the father of the zodiac and Cancer the mother I feel like I take on the role as the woman by being the one doing all the checking up on. The cancers are still so used to be able to reading people, that when they don't get the response they expected, they go questionmark, and most of the time it seems to me that they ultimately come to the conclusion that there is something wrong with the capricorn woman...which may indeed be the case, but probably not as often as the cancer guys seem to think.
My advice to most cancer guys would be to throw everything you ever learnt trying to figure them out from a emotional starting point(which it seems to me to be a cancer's go to move), and start to listen to their words and their factual actions, and then when the cap feels secure enough to open up(may take time), THEN start poking around slowly and carefully into their emotional lives.
