I feel blockages, or am I just underestimating myself?
I could guess you can settle down but it may be a bit later on. Your tag says you are 25, so your Saturn return will be coming up in a few years. It'll definitely force something to happen. Saturn in 7th probably makes you cautious about relationships though, maybe too much so. A lot of 7th house Saturns get married later in life, if at all.
Since your 7th house cusp is in Aquarius, you might actually need looser relationship or one that develops from friendship or functions more like a friendship relationship. I would say, don’t go for a stable old man that might try to control you. You're an Aries after all, you need to be independent.
I'm not sure about creativity blockages, since a fire sign on the 5th house can be fairly creative. However, it looks like you DO have an intercepted Scorpio-Taurus axis across the 4th and 10th houses (containing the moon and pluto).
