They're too wide mate.

Yes, you are right. They are wide. I thought because it involved the Sun, the orb can be much larger. But I am glad I was wrong. I don't need to consider them. I can discard those messed up aspects now.

If it's involving two luminaries (sun to moon aspects) the orb could be wider.

If they're bad aspects then forget it heheh only consider if they're good.

That's a very optimistic way of seeing things. You are right.

If it involves sun to moon, then what would be the widest orb for hard aspects?

That's depends on the aspects.

Conjunction is the widest then Opposition at 8 and 7 degrees

Then square and trine at 5 and 4 degrees

Quincunx and Sextile at 3 and 2 degrees

Then minor aspects at 1-2 degrees

But I work with tight orbs and it's tighter than most sites by 2-3 degrees.

What orb would you give to the conjunction if it involves luminaries?

10 degrees max? Or it goes greater than 10.

10° is max for me.

I have 11° degrees between Sun and Moon and never considered it as conjunction although few sites says it's a conjunction.

For conjunction the Sun has more negative effect to the planets nearby. Something called combustion.

I see. You are very strict concerning the orbs. It's better this way.

I heard about combustion.

So I got it then, 10 degrees is the max orb for luminaries.
