Almost all of your planets are above the horizon (8th, 9th, 10th, & 11th). The other two planets, Saturn and the Moon, are intercepted in the 1st house. On a soul level you have a strong sense of yourself (complex about self) but are here to learn about others, too - North node by the descendant.

With all of your planets above the horizon you will thrive in some sort of public life. Ya, a Doctor would be a good profession for you or a teacher. Probably not a teacher with your 8th house sun-chiron. As a healer/Doctor, you must learn that you are not the doer but only the vehicle. Ya, you have a healer/medical Doctor's chart, and a profession like this would be rewarding, too.

Interceptions are like buried puzzles in the personality. They represent a place where there isn't a door for the energy to get out - thus the complex within. In your case this would be a very strong interception - being in the first house, in Aries (sign of self), and involving Saturn and the Moon. Resolution (better understanding self) comes through the top of your chart - ie career, groups....
