My twin died at birth which is why I think my bearth chart is all over the place, I do soo much to remain balanced, heal others everything from my spirit, I accept my gifts from the divine, but when it comes to live and relationships I feel like a blah lol I feel soo deeply n hard then I can float away n come back to the person like nothing ever happened here's my chart

This aspect can have a Scorpionic effect: Intense, immersive emotions and the attempt to suppress them or manipulate them through self-punishment, etc.

moon quincunx Venus (6 degree orb): a rift between your emotional wishes and needs, and your love or social life. What you attract into your life may tend to be different from how you need to experience love and relationships. This is emphasized by your sun, Mercury, and Mars falling in the 7th house and Saturn opposing your descendant by 2 degrees. You might feel pulled between responsibilities to your friends and loved ones (trying to please them) and asserting your own wants and needs-- being your own person.
