Planets in chart all concentrated in 5 signs

What does it mean when all my planets are concentrated in 5 signs in my birth chart only? As opposed to people who have very spread out charts. What are the positives and negatives?

One thing I remember reading is that we tend to be more focused on one specific project while people who have their planets more spread out across the entire chart like directing their energies to different places.
