Sag cap

Could someone help me interpret Sag and Cap Chart, perhaps this could shed some light on why I don't understand him emotionally at times but overall we get along great and I can see a future with him. I'm just finding it very hard to connect with him at times, I feel like I always have to the person to put myself out there. Help understanding it would be great
