my boyfriend is the treadmill 🙂
my routine:
i work out at 5am each morning. 30 mins of fast walking on the treadmill. last 2 mins i do a steep incline. i dont run because i heard that causes saggy breasts later on in life.
then i do strength training for 35-40 mins. free weights and such. bicep curls, shoulders, chest, back. i learned alot from youtube and watching other people in the gym.
finish with abs on a ball. 100 crunches
nutrition:
2 a days. 2 salads a day. limit my sugar and processed carb intake. on the weekends, i may get chipotle.
i have some yoga tapes that i do every so often.
i work out 5-6 days a week.
in true sag fashion, my legs hips and thighs are the first place i see results. 50 squats a day using a 40 lb weight.
yes yes. alcohol deters weight loss.
seriously, i have curly hair in now, which makes it worst. the sag thinks im serena and people n the gym do double takes.
i do look at pictures of her before i go to the gym.
I'm into Zumba and I workout 4 days doing that and weights. My one other day I do a power cut class to strengthen my core and tone. I try to run once a week cause I like fresh air. I eat 7 small meals and stay away from sugars and sodas. DMV girl, you sound like uou are a stunna..lol! I'm gonna borrow the squats from you cause my thighs are the most noticeable part of my body.
Yoga and swimming!
I just eat a shit ton of carbs.
Mine's called Cross Trainer.
@DMV, even running with a training bra?? 😐 Or is this just a thing for ppl with larger cans??
As of right now, my fitness regimen consists of running outside four days a week for about an hour. Abs at the end. Three days off is a lot of time off so I try and go to the gym, but it's so far away.
So, I bought a treadmill today!!!! SO FUCKING STOKED!!!!! Nothing too expensive. The original price was right around the $ 500 mark, but I found it on sale on Amazon! It seems like a pretty legit treadmill for what I need.
As for nutrition, I eat super clean. Well, okay, I like my Chik-Fil-A every now and then, but I usually cook large meals to last me for 3-5 days to prevent me from buying fast food. I put that bitch in tupperware and dinner is ready to go almost everyday. I love making smoothies to satisfy my sweet tooth. I avoid soda/juice at all costs unless I plan on gettin a lil tipsy.
I fuckin hate working out while I'm doing it, but I love the runner's high afterwards, not to mention my toned bod.
