Working with this person is like a war at times. Sad part is that it isn't intentional on either side...
Any ideas on what makes working together so difficult for us both?

It's like we can't work together well, as if we can't benefit off the other's efforts.
Plus addressing matters them have unusually high undercurrent of tension.

Well one has it in their 12th conjunct their MC and the other in their 3rd, house of communication.

So while one talks about their goals, the other is out to fulfill it as their calling without others input.

The Saturn in 12 explanation makes sense, since I wouldn't be conscious of that happening. Did recently talked about how certain actions did hold me back from progressing along with what we were doing.

Cool that it seems to fit! My chart has some similarities with yours with houses and I experienced the good and bad effects of Pisces moon people who I was close to whose moon got into my 12 house.

My own Saturn is in my 12th house and I feel the blocks within myself at times - holding me back.

I think that it's good if you can make the subconscious conscious with them, like you did when talking about their actions holding you back. That might help to reduce the tension.

I can't agree.

some people are very good at hiding Chiron and Neptune matters. These two are the other end of the square aspects to Mercury.

No, I mean I thought I should avoid trying to be controlling over stuff like this.
As for being calm and less easily set off, I actually reached the point awhile ago to where I detached so completely that I didn't care if our work was even completed or not.
I'm trying to not to hit that point again, since I do want this to be finished.

It feels more like I've given them too much freedom, etc. Since I felt pretty much like I had taken a back seat to them. Plus the fact I'm struggling with the fact I don't feel appreciated that much for things I do. Honestly, I don't think it's control. Since wouldn't it be the traditional "THIS GUY WON'T DO WHAT I SAY! *Tantrum*" rather then this mess, where it seems like it's points for me to do anything and that it's more logical and easier to just simply quit?

hidden but existent. blocking and you see the result is not that appealing as it could be. as you know from better chemistry.

I think that means theiry feelings and their style of organization (work attitude) works against OP's prosperity.

It's after all square to NN and SN both. If they don't want to give up, they have to put a lot of efforts in it.

The only thing you can do as Astrologer is to check if there is any hope left in the synastry.

Like if Neptune connections are missing, that you use Mercury connections.

Or Mars instead of Mercury.

Or Jupiter as the last back door.

I wouldn't say it has to go against his prosperity necessarily. But a challenge, most probably.

Still, it's just two charts and it only shows their potential for both good and bad. How they actually get along depends on many other things not astrologically explained.
