I can't remember a lot of it. But what I do remember is getting a big butchers knife from my kitchen and stabbing my mum, dad and two older sisters. My younger sister wasn't in the dream at all maybe because I'm really close to her. I woke up really confused and wonder if anyone has any ideas as to what this could mean
I had a dream I killed my family

Could it be stress at home, even slightly more than usual?
I just had a dream the other night that I went around in disguise and killed a few of my coworkers and boss
I don't dislike them or anything. But there has been slightly more stress and tension at work than usual. That's the only thing I could think of, really.

Perhaps you are feeling guilty about having done something wrong yourself? or has someone wronged you? Be true to yourself. Do not dwell on the dream but focus on your life and how to make things better. If you are negatively impacting someone else or if someone is negatively impacting you, try to address it. If you can't see it or cannot deal with it yourself, try to find a friend or loved one to help you. I wouldn't mention this dream just to anyone though as this forum is a safe place.
I would be more concerned if you were having recurring dreams where you were doing something horrible. Go for a walk...go some place to get away and think about what's going on in your life, and you might find your answer.
Good luck.
