I like ALL veggies. ALL of them... not just broccoli and brussels sprouts.. but even turnips, okra, fennel, beets, squash, etc. I'd even eat many of them raw. Yum yum.
Fennel bulb (as in the greenish veggie thing) slices up for a great stir fry... it's vaguely anise or licorice-flavored.. fennel seeds are what's used in Italian sausage to give it its unique flavor. I have never tried beets in orange juice, but then again I can't drink oj - the acid just murders my stomach, so I never developed a taste for it. Fresh oranges, however.. woo!
I have an egg plant obsession I'm highly addicted to it....I love frying it up with heaps of olive oil and morrocan seasoning and then i blitz it up with sesame oil and fish sauce lots of cracked pepper and hey presto u got urself eggplant dip thats enjoyed with really nice peices of bread like ciabatta

I was in a Chinese buffet yesterday and I had sushi and fruit all on the same plate. One of my grapes barely touched my wasabi...but when I tasted it, it was kinda good. I think I might serve it at my next party!
