Is weed legal where you are?

That is, if you're not in CA or Colorado?

Delta 9 thc gummies are legal here but that's it. There's also a couple political parties devoted to legalizing marijuana in my state but I doubt they have solid support besides the two main parties. I walked by a "legalize weed" booth while walking around the fair in the summer and the one guy standing next to the woman talking to me about it basically blew cigarette smoke in my face. Rude.

Well, anyway. Also, what is the drug of choice in your country, state, region, area..

Delta 9 THC= stuff derived from hemp but not necessarily marijuana which contains much higher amounts of THC.

Medical Marijuana is legal in Florida but it's not legal for recreational use yet.

I have no idea if it's legal here or not. Quite contrary I don't care. I don't smoke it so it's not benefiting me.

I’m in Oregon. Yes it’s been legal for a few years now. Practically a shop on every block.. okay exaggerating but everywhere! Everyone jumped on the growing it wagon, Mather got saturated and now everyone’s been getting out.. you hear about black illegal grow busts.. which seems weird since it’s legal but it’s about those not forking out the money to the state that keeps upping the license fees!

But the bigger problem is the tweakers.. meth, fentanyl Oh and we’ve legalized psychedelics for some uses 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ Nothing like announcing to the world, all the druggies come to Oregon!!

It's legal in some states, but federally it's not, so that is where the drug busts happen. The FBI can come at anytime and take it away.

No that isn’t what’s been happening. It’s the people growing without the state license. It’s been local sheriff busts. It’s a weird scenario since they still operate like it’s illegal via cash because it’s very difficult to get a bank account since they are federally funded. I have a few cannabis clients.

Oregon is interesting that way. I never lived there just passed by, as i live close to the state border. Lately I've seen people smoking meth out in the open. And yeah I do like how weed is so readily available there, such a weird mix of liberal and conservative values there.

Everything became more open after weed became legal. I live in a progressive/hippie town in a VERY conservative county.. very strange dynamic. I live in Southern Oregon. Very different than Portland area.
