As you know, I use the Xenadrine diet pills. Well, all week I have exercised three days this week. In conjunction, this is how I eat.
Breakfast: 1 packet of apple cinnamon oatmeal
Lunch: A Cold Cut Trio Sandwich with all the fixings from Subway w/ baked doritos, and a non-carbonated drink.
Dinner: Chicken breasts grilled on the George Foreman grill. Broccoli. any drink except soda or non-carbonated stuff. Sometimes, I eat Subway for dinner or grilled fish. Subway also has a grilled teriyaki sandwich that is low in fat and delish!
For snacks I eat Nutri-grain bars or some type of non-fat candy like skittles or starburst. Well, at least no more than 2 grams of fat.
If I must have somthing more fattening, I eat it before five o'clock p.m. in the day.
This has worked for me in one week with the pills. I am not concerned with scales, but I my clothes are more loose and I look pretty good!
Remember that is you must have chocolate, try hot chocolate with marshmallows(low in fat), a power bar, or a fudgesicle. They have less fat.
Awesome twinkee!! Now if I only had the George Foreman grill...lol. Maybe someone will get it for me for x-mas...I'll put it out there 😛
I eat Nutri-grain bars all the time!! They're yummy and pretty healthy, I don't know about the fat content cuz I haven't really looked, but I do know that they are filling and can even serve as breakfast for me and then I'm full. Yep, oatmeal is a good one for b-fast too. What I normally eat for breakfast is a piece of toast and coffee (I don't eat the coffee, I drink it, lol). Hot chocolate is a great one for a chocolate fix, exept I don't know if the stuff I like (Swiss Miss) is high in fat or not.
Phoenix, thanks! The calories in nutri-grain bars are kinda high, but don't eat like three of them! The fat intake is not that high though which is better.
Star, i don't use scales because they discourage you really. Muscle weighs more that fat which can actually look like you weigh more on the scale, but you wil look hot!
i find that when I cook I eat less food. Your diet sounds healthy-ish... i personally shudder at the look of aspirin (all helpless and decieving) so I could never bring myself to have diet pills... do they have any side affects? I know one person who has been to rehap because she became addicted to diet pills. They scare me personally.. I just want some first-hand accounts of them.
Well, I sometimes feel my heart racing to be honest. These pills are like a lot of coffee. I don't stay on them to long. They do work. They make you less hungry for sure and you have more energy.

I am addicted to chocolate. I love it. I always knew it as the medicine for the heart, and now I know there are true benefits to eating chocolate. This post is for all my fellow chocohalics. Indulge:
By far, my favorite food is ice cream. All of my favorite memories are somehow connected to an ice cream cone. Ice cream, in my opinion, is the medicine of the soul, kind of like chocolate is the medicine of the heart.
Okay, now, I'm big on dips, I like dips, and I feel that basically anything is made better with a great dip. Does anyone have any easy (remember you're dealing with someone who hates spending unnecessary amounts of time in the kitchen, mainly because I'm
Ingred: 1 Lg. bag of Tater Totts 2 cans of Cream of Mushroom soup 2 cans of Cream of Celery soup 1lb of ground beef, as lean as u can find 1 Lg bag of shredded mild cheddar cheese
I had to go off my pizza diet... Not that I wasn't happy! I was extremely happy!! But, my butt and thighs were beginning to show their happiness a bit too much!! Since I went off my pizza diet, I have lost 12 pounds...huzzah!! Thing is I hate to read
