I thought they made a huge mistake when they voted off that large african american girl...what was her name? Trixie? Fritzie? She was on in the very beginning. Anyway, apparently the fact that she went topless on some website made her unworthy of the American Idol title (so said the producers), but she had one of the best voices I've ever heard in my whole life. She sang "Band of Gold" by Freda Payne and it was dead on...and I should know because I'm such a fan of oldies.
