The responses from people to articles are really funny...especially when they get all steamed over stuff that's supposed to be a joke, or when they don't understand the joke and get mad about something totally different. Definitely would like to see more reader mail around here 🙂

*sigh*
I tried. I really did. I sent two prank-mail's to dxp. I thought they were quite funny. One about selling illegal products through the shopping section and one about subliminal messaging.

maybe no one gets my humor?

subliminal messaging... the problem with this is that people just don't get it when you're being subtle... you have to shout it at them five times before they start to catch on...

p.s., males; subliminal messages--you're pretty much right, morgan. However, I quite enjoy doing the subliminal thing to see if he (the guy) is sharp enough to pick up on it. lol. I've maybe, possibly found one who actually *is*.

"Re: Ducks Barbeque Lady
>I thought that you might be interested to know that during an interview on the Merv Griffin show back in 1972, I not only predicted the arrival of these human-eating devil ducks, but I specifically named the ingredients of the bar-b-que sauce that they would use(their secret is just a hint of ginger). Unfortunately the segment never aired and no copies of it have been found to date. However my next-door neighbor can verify that I have told her this story on several occasions and despite her alcohol induced memory lapses and her recurring black outs, she does remember and for a small sum, will swear to this should the need arise. Oh and I also predicted the assasination of President Kennedy, solar powered wrist-watches and the invention of silly putty. Sincerely, Madam Lea Visionary and Psychic"
