bah humbug—

i know some of you think it's just another day, but happy valentine's day gems! who's got plans, who doesn't? i don't have any cuz my aqua has to work, but he did bring me home a heart full of chocolates! and who says aquas aren't sweet... lol!

I'm a little grumpity today because I would love for my husband to come up with something for Vday (it's also the anniversary of our first date), but it's looking like he's going to mostly ignore it.

Today wasn't a good day for me. Ah well, there's always tomorrow!

He came home last night and told me we should do something on the weekend, which is fine. He said he had wanted to get me something funny and cheesy for Vday, but that the store where he had stopped had been completely wiped out by panicked guys grabbing anything they could. He said Vday is hell for guys because "they" have no idea what to do. So, I explained that "they" should do just something special that is also not an everyday thing. He had come home with amazing food to make a meal just for me, so I know he was trying 🙂 He's a good guy.

that's not an explanation .. its a further confusion because not only does it have to be some unknown thing for valentines .. now it has to be some unknown special thing also, and not an everyday thing, which his mind will also spin trying to think of what everyday thing you are insinuating.


The only thing the guy wants to do with his valentine is fuck her ... and the only store he probably wants to shop at is the adult toy store.

lol! well, it's good to see some had a good valentine's day. for the aqua and i we like to keep it simple, so we don't go all out. he and i also share the belief that everyday should be a day to express our appreciation and love for each other. it's the lil things that count. 🙂 i made him a homemade valentine's card that made him smile and say, "awww!" lol!

LOL! Man thinks: "Exactly how big does the teddy bear have to be before I get some tonight? What is the teddy-bear and chocolate to poon ratio?" I saw a guy coming out of a store with a 4-foot-tall bear.

Yeah, he's probably more confused. I don't know why, because he used to know what to do for holidays. Marriage-induced amnesia?
