i'm curious. i'm pretty nitty gritty in what i eat. also, i've read some survey result which stated that people who suffer from eating disorders are born on may and june.

not that i am saying we have bad eatings habits but i notice this fixation on what we put in our mouths. most of my gemini friends are either vegan or o.c. in measuring their food. i on the other hand am on a gluten-free no red meat diet.

what about you?

I've had my stint as a vegetarian, I also go through periods of several days in which I fast. (Not religous, just for detox)
And... sometimes I will binge on takeout.
When everything evens out I eat 50% healthy and 50% junk.
My athletic lifestyle helps keep my diet in check. (Also helps that I'm young)
Once I go back to school and sports start again I will probably have to meal prep -_-
But I love pizza...
Just for some perspective, I am 6' 165lbs born early june
i'm a fasting nutcase as well LOL. i was vegan for 1 year but when i took trail running seriously from 2011 to 2013, it didn't give me enough stamina so i added fish and chicken (or probably i was not doing my vegetarian diet right?)

i love pizza as well with tons of mozzarella cheeze when i'm on cheat day and i can consume family size.

Yeah, when I fast I like to only do water with Himalayan pink salt, maybe some juice, and amino acids.
And for my "cheat" binge days... I live right outside NYC so I have any kind of food at my disposal 24/7

As a Piscean I have to watch my weight. I have lost 9 lbs by simply going cold turkey on sodas (diet ones too!). I've sat on a yoga ball at work (8 hrs a day) for over three years and I've went from a size 14 blue jean to a size 7 :-)

I'm eating gluten free bread (used to eat Melba toast) and I've stayed away from processed foods. My blood pressure is 119/73 which is excelled! Why? I don't use salt. I now eat a lot of avocados and use extra virgin olive oil when I cook/sit down to a meal. My cholesterol was EXCELLENT, too! I eat a lot of salmon and shrimp at least twice a week along with veggies (sweet potatoes, etc) and fruits (I love smoothies!). I've also tried gluten free cakes and they are delicious!

I have NOT had a pizza is about a year now; don't crave it either. I am 5'8" so I "hide" the weight and am at my VERY best this year and look forward to 2016!

Lol damn 5'2" 95lbs?
If I saw you at a buffet, I'd say your eyes appear to be bigger than the tummy.
Not to be that meat head bro type, but you should hit the weight room when you're not fasting.
