As far as insulting goes, I have a cap moon and a dry/can-be-cruel sense of humor so my attempts at flirting can come out rather mean, but a little more discreet/playful than outright mean. This is why I don't do well around water sign men lol. Except some scorpio men whom I find masochistic. But if I say something outright or aggressively mean, then I am sure I mean it.

I think if someone misinterpreted me or didn't catch on, idk that it would piss me off vs make me feel a disconnection or that I can't communicate well with them. I mean more often than not it really is just that the other person had something else on their mind, was distrected or you are just still in the early stages of the bonding process and he/she tries to be careful and do everything right as much as they can. Aiming for clarity in a hostile/tense situation is always a good thing. Even if it can lead to more heated short-term debattes it usually is better in the long run.

YES my cap moon is used to being offensive, and in those type scenarios I wonder if I crossed a boundary lol. I can usually bounce well off sag moons, men more so than women. My sister's bf is actually aqua/sag moon and he studies almost what I study, we work together, and joke around all the time. So we get along great, but he can get REALLY moody and in his emotions sometimes - often rage. He always apologizes when he lashes out though, which I can appreciate. I agree on everything else... a blow up can actually result in diffusing the situation often times.

Yeah, I guess that's something Sag and Cap moons have in common and can bond over. I guess those rage moments can be somewhat unsettling or annoying if one isn't familiar with those but in my experiences it's usually to just reenergize yourself in whatever you are currently doing or to just switch perspective and angle.

Edit: take my take on this with a grain of salt though as my Mars-Moon conjunction might make things a bit different for me.

I think this dudes mars is in scorpio, just like my sister, since they were born less than 2 weeks apart. He becomes very sarcastic when mad, and has a strong inclination to take it out on the people around him and then apologizes later. My older coworker is also an aqua/sag and she is very emotional. She gets stressed way too easily, but she doesn't lash out so much as act like a victim and like she has no help, when myself and the other aqua do much more than her on a daily basis. Those two, despite their same placements butt heads, but it's always in a passive way that I dislike. I don't know how to respond to either, btw. The male aqua and I have really blown up at each other in the past over a personal issue (never at work), but when he gets that way at work, I just walk away and let him approach me to apologize later. He seems crazy when he's like that and I just don't want to go there with him. The female aqua, I really have to hold my tongue back because I know how sensitive she is and I know I could ruin the whole dynamic there that we have built for years, in under a minute if I lost it. I wish had moon-mars conjunct vs moon-mars opposite.

I'm curious what the differences might be.

My problem with it, if I think about astrology is that mars-moon opposition, Mars cancer, AND 12h house to boot, is literally the worst placement in all of astrology. I think that I can be really determined and goal oriented and cap moonish, but that mars wants to hold me back. 98% of the time, I am the rational person in arguments, but very rarely (it does happen) that I completely lose my shit and go unstable. It is NEVER for no reason, it's usually a lot of things building up and pushing me further and further until I fall over the edge and there's no going back. I would say this happens maybe 0-2 times per year in a relationship. Zero times, if not. I need space and time in an argument if I realize that a resolution is not currently possible (ex: its going in circles for hours, tension and anger is building, neither side will back down) whereas I am with someone now, who I feel sometimes closes me in, suffocates me, and provokes me during those times. And I can't think of a worst and more incompatible way for someone to respond to me than that lol.
