Well the first question is how are you controlling your asthma?

It was much stronger when I was younger, but as I grew older it didn't hit me as much. I used to own an inhaler but now I only get it after extreme exercise during certain weather - and even then its controllable.
Thanks for the support though! Are you a runner by any chance?click to expand

I've been doing it too. But I've not been that dedicated. I'm on week 5, day 1.
It's just been hot here.

So, Tora, how are you doing? I skipped too many days so I'm still on week 5. I was feeling like I was gonna die, but I went with a friend today and I guess I was going too fast because I felt much better today.

Anyways, I found out about c25k not so long ago and I fell in love with it! However life keeps interrupting my progress and I never manage to finish the full 9 weeks. Still, with this program I managed to run for 5 minutes straight for the first time ever. I know, I know, for those of you who do 7 minute miles that may seem like nothing, but trust me - when you were so asthmatic that just making it to first base seemed like such an ordeal it's something.
So I am on Week 3, Day 2 of this program (after restarting a few times) and I was wondering if anyone else on here has tried this before, or at least would want to join me on my mission to run for 30 minutes straight. C'mon guys, I can't be the only one wanting to get fit and healthy!
