my girlfriend has been taking birth control shots and stop and just found out that she has chlamydia and has had it for almost a year now she only bleeds when were getting ready to have sex If the bleeding is because of chlamydia and she's get treated will the bleeding stop
someone help me understand

No, the bleeding is not from clamydia... And, if you are having sex, you should get checked for it, too. You can carrier and not know it. If your not having sex, the bleeding is happening just before sex, and every time before sex, sounds like there's something she's not telling you....

*your=you're

A) She needs to get herself treated for the chlamydia. Period. Aside from potentially spreading the disease to others there can be permanent, serious health problems that come from long-term exposure including becoming sterile.
B) You need to get tested and treated for the disease. No excuses.
C) She needs to report everyone she's been intimate with for at least the last year (probably longer) to whatever local health department is available so that those people can be contacted for testing. They may have contracted the disease the not even be aware, possibly spreading it further.
D) With her no longer on birth control regular menses cycles will resume. That's most likely where the bleeding is coming from but if you're only noticing it during intimacy you might be doing something to scratch or tear the interior of the vagina. Rough foreplay and fingernails are common culprits.
E) If she's no longer on birth control you'll have to look into other forms of protection. Condoms. Condoms. Condoms.
F) You both need to immediately find some kind of sexual education and learn how to responsibly handle yourselves. >.

What's there to not understand.
She caught an STD from someone. Now she needs to be treated and so do you.
Birth control does not prevent STDs if that's what you're so confused about.
