Be careful if you have a leo boss.

I'm a leo and in the dark deep recesses of my psyche I might do this myself.

If you do something worthwhile or come up with a great idea, be careful that your leo boss doesn't take credit for your work. My boss is a leo and I've seen him take credit for others ideas or work. He's kinda skating on thin ice now so it's to be expected. Combine that with this need for recognition... Ugh.

I didn't explicitly point out that all leos were like this but maybe I could have clarified more this is in part to him skating on thin ice and possibly losing his job.

From this sad kitty, please don't hurt yourself standing on your soap box.

Oh I won't... and it was implied.

We get enough flack from without.

You may want to see what else is in his chart

that could be causing this behavior. .. do you

know his date of birth?

No idea his placements. I don't have his DOB just that he's a leo.

He's possibly gonna be demoted or maybe fired. Today in our quarterly meeting he was asked by the ceo who wrote a manual. The ceo didn't sound too happy about it so he said this lady wrote it but once the ceo blurted that he liked it but would like a change he said the lady and him wrote it. He's done this a few times before.

Im not saying that most or all leos are prone to this behavior but I know he's on edge with his perceived managerial skills.

I'll keep in mind to avoid blanket statements in the future.

My Virgo (ex) boss did stuff like that. One reason among many that I left abruptly.

I've seen that behaviour from a lot of people.

I had a triple LEO boss and I loved her... almost

everyone did.

I don't get the hate.

I'm a leo and I've had a leo male boss before and it was a complete nightmare. His management style was "intimidation and manipulation" while his skills were non existent. He had no idea what he was doing; he was a fast talking bull $ h!tter. He was able to get several long standing solid and capable employees fired all while piling up HR cases against himself. I ended up resigning and during my exit interview when they asked why I was leaving, I laid it all out. He finally was fired 2 months after I left due to his accumulation of HR cases.

I have never been a fan of Leo men(in general) in any capacity. However I have the best relationships with some leo women. Most of them I have encountered are very difficult to interact. It takes a certain type of person to be able to tolerate a Leo male but in all fairness we all (ppl in general) have our flaws.
