Most days we don't see eye to eye but on this very topic I have to agree with Jynja. What is with the early birthday shout outs? You guys started wishing Seraph a happy birthday and we were still in Cancer.

We happen to have back to back birthdays in the pride and my fear is that the real "birthday-er" will not get their just due.

I have no problem being the buzz kill. It's my cross to bear.

Yes, I am all very aware of that astrological piece of information but a thread is a thread, make of it what you would all may, join or do not join, you know the very same could be said for belated birthday wishes, where it is no longer ON the day, similar argument, so one does not get what you are all on about.

It is after all for the individual as mentioned on the title. If she appreciates it, fair and well, that is all that matters frankly, in my honest opinion. It would be her special day after all.

If you didn't know then you didn't know but if his b-day was 7/22, he would be a Cancer and not a Leo like the new prince. Cusps refer to personality traits and not actual signs. You can only be one sign based on the time you popped out of your mother's hoo ha.

You could always look back at last years birthday posts. Some other young lady, a Scorpio I think wanted to be the first to wish him HBD and then Elle wished him HBD on the real day. Anyway, it's not worth going back and forth over. I am going to reserve my well wishes for the actual day that thee came forth into the world. To each his own.

It did not offend me personally, dear jynja, but it offends me in an external way because it affects the energy in this thread which was intended for the above recipient and frankly she does not deserve all this mess, nor negative energy, does she? No. It is after all a matter of intentions, and mine was good, be it astrologically influenced or not.

(Yes, I am aware of it all but sometimes who cares, as long as DawnOfDay is happy to receive the wishes, that is great.)

One checked two birthday calenders to verify his birthday was in fact on the 22th of July. The cusp, comment was a jab at him by the Crab/ettes, it was all in jest, of course he could only be one sign, that is common knowledge.

The intent was not malicious and frankly if it was not, does it matter? He enjoyed the thread and truth be told that is all that matters, it was his thread and nobody else, not you nor mine. If others do not enjoy it, they could not participate, no? At last, the intended recipient got the best out of it, the rest one could hardly care about, simply smile and let it be 🙂

When people wish us a happy birthday on our birthdays, they send goodwill and kind thoughts our way so that the sun's conjunction boosts it's energy and their wishes resonate with us for the rest of the new birth year.

Shall we be adults, move aside all egos in force here and simply agree to disagree, I cannot force you to agree nor see my intentions nor could you force myself to agree with yours, because one does not and would not.

There will always be differences, it does not equate to disliking you nor Jynja, it simply means there is a variant spectrum in thoughts, and guess what? That is life, we are not meant to be the same, like clones in complete agreement.

LOL You know, I didn't start this on the spotlight at all. I read on an astro sight that it is important to celebrate your birth DAY and how people's well wishes on the day affect the sun conjunction sun aspect. I was trying to explain that when TLS set in that I was hogging DoD's spotlight. How is that? Nobody talked about spotlight.

We need order here. That's the deal. We have birthdays coming for nearly everyday, so it would be nice if we could do like the other signs did and wish members on the actual day? It is astrologically sound and orderly.

And, I am personally suspicious as to why TLS is wishing people a happy birthday a day before even when it's not their birthday. Maybe she dislikes Celtic so much? Hmmm...

The Germans believe it is bad luck to celebrate someone's birthday the day before.

Tomorrow someone can start a new thread and all stars can be aligned back to their usual course again.

Personally, I never thought of any reason of why an early wish should have any influence. It does feel odd when people celebrate their b-days earlier or later though. I mean, when throwing a party.

I like to extend mine for a week, but my b-day being day 1.
